Brandon Dimapasoc is an Associate Attorney at SR Holguin, PC.
Brandon is experienced representing unions in litigation in both federal and state court as well as in matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), including in unfair labor practice charges.
Prior to joining SR Holguin, PC, Brandon previously served as a as a law clerk at UNITE HERE! Local 11, a union representing hospitality workers across Southern California and Arizona, and as a law clerk at a plaintiff-side civil rights and employment law firm. While at UNITE HERE! Local 11, Brandon helped workers and union organizers file unfair labor practice charges against employers and assisted union negotiators at the bargaining table. While at the plaintiff-side civil rights and employment law firm, Brandon gained extensive experience in civil rights and employment litigation, in particular, drafting pretrial and discovery-related motions in both federal and state court.
During law school, Brandon served as a Diversity Editor for UCLA Law Review and Chief Articles Editor for the Asian Pacific American Law Journal. He also served as Community Outreach Co-Chair for UCLA Law Asian Pacific Islander Law Students Association as well as a Research Assistant for Professor Sunita Patel, a professor focused on research in policing, social movements, and race and inequality.
Brandon was driven to become a union lawyer by his mother, a registered nurse and union representative for the California Nurses Association (CNA). Witnessing his mother organize her fellow nurses and fight for them against the employer inspired Brandon to work for and represent unions and the labor movement.
In Brandon’s free time, he enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, baking cookies and other treats, and raising his cat Toast.
