About Adilene Ramirez
Adilene Ramirez is an Associate Attorney at SR Holguin, PC.
Adilene is experienced representing unions in organizing, in matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) including in unfair labor practice charges, and in matters before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) including health and safety complaints.
Prior to joining SR Holguin, PC, Adilene served as a Peggy Browning Fellow at Workers Defense Project, a Law Clerk at UNITE HERE! Local 11, and a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Dean D. Pregerson at the United States District Court for the Central District of California. While at Workers Defense Project, Adilene helped lead an OSHA retaliatory complaint against Tesla’s Gigafactory in Austin, Texas. While at UNITE HERE! Local 11, Adilene aided them during one of their biggest strikes in union history, spanning through up to 60 hotels in Southern California and gained first-hand experience picketing. While at the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Adilene conducted legal research on various cases before the court.
During law school, Adilene served as the Vice President of the Labor and Employment Law Association. She also served as a Civil Procedure teaching assistant for Professor Christopher David Ruiz Cameron, a well-regarded labor arbitrator in California.
Adilene was driven to become a union lawyer since her early upbringing. Witnessing her father’s experience as a construction and masonry foreman sparked her interest in workers’ rights.
Adilene speaks fluent Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys working out, writing, drawing and trying new restaurants in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.
